Our mentoring program “Grow UP Solution” brings an innovative approach to supporting startups and existing companies aiming to foster professional entrepreneurship and achieve success through dynamic growth.
The program includes an assessment of applicants’ program entry requests by top experts in the field, experienced managers with excellent results, and a professional jury.
This is followed by setting strategies, plans, goals, and steps with experts such as coaches, mentors, lecturers, and business architects, who assist in overcoming challenges and reaching full entrepreneurial potential.
You will experience regular collaboration with a team of experts and plan activities, measure results, and evaluate plans, data, and outcomes. The goal is to grow as a company team by at least 200% under expert supervision.
After entering the program, you will receive:

What you can expect:
Phase A)
- Analysis of your current situation:
- Complete analysis of your product, its market placement, and market research.
- Focus on sales, business projects, customer care, and marketing.
- Business partner for human resources = comprehensive care for your employee
- Corporate structure
- Organizational structure, rules, guidelines
- Main, secondary, and supportive business processes
- Support for complete growth from our company, lecturers, coaches, mentors
- Financial management, i.e., credibility and assistance with funding within a minimum time frame of 2-5 years!

= The result is an approved application to the mentoring program, an assigned group of experts, a cooperation contract with experts, the community, and, as a result, with investors.
Phase B,
Next is phase B, Setting overall cooperation with the international business community team of experts (jury members will dedicate at least 24 months of collaboration, with clear assignments from point A of the goal to point B).
Phase B includes:
- Hiring new employees: We will ensure the hiring process and integration activities for new members of your team.
- Implement suggestions from experts into practice.
- Execute the business plan, i.e., business model, business management processes, and CRM, and implement the system.
- Introduce and update processes in the corporate structure.
- IProcess company documentation – structure, processes, management, targets, roles, responsibilities, KPIs, ROI, RRI, HOZ, and other measurable indicators in practice.
- Set up adequately led accounting
- Set up business and distribution channels
- Implement structured marketing
- Assemble the company team and consult
- Assemble and set up the HR team of the company
- Hiring new employees: We will ensure the hiring process and integration activities for new members of your team.
- Acquisition of new Partners: We identify and approach potential partners to strengthen your business ecosystem.
- Educational activities: We plan and implement educational programs to support your team’s growth and professional development.
- Event activities: Organize events with significant efficiency, which bring substantial benefits to your profile and increase your revenues.

Followed by phase C) (upgrade).
- Phase C includes:

- Event activities: Organize events with significant efficiency, which bring substantial benefits to your profile and increase your revenues.
- Development of business, sales partners, and product distribution.
- Development of Marketing and PR internationally.

- Foreign Markets: We will help you expand into foreign markets, ensuring new opportunities and growth.
- Entry of strategic partners (franchise, branch, or others)
- Investor entry for a horizon of 2-5 years
- In February 2024, you can expect the Start-Up Festival (similar format to the Startup Battle or D-Day)
- Entry into the stock market or other markets
- Investor Valuation: Your activities will be evaluated at a minimum of 15-30% annually, demonstrating the added value of the investment, with the company valued from its original worth to a 200-fold increase within a 2-5 year horizon
- Expansion team
- Property Acquisition: Own office, facility/facilities.
- Establishing the Company Brand
